NCL Pakistan is a non-government organization and imparting computer literacy, education, environment, health and information technology program in RAWALPINDI division and different areas in Pakistan and azad Kashmir. this organization is in the view that this program should be extended in rural areas .in this connection we visited the different areas. we were much shocked to know that computer education is equal to zero .we emphasized the need of this education to people of the area and high officials .they showed their keen interest.
